Sydney, last week... It's already over... 20 Mars 2012

Salut à tous

De retour en France depuis dimanche matin je prends cinq minutes pour mettre à jour mon blog avec les derniers jours à Sydney. Last week depuis le dernier article qui a passé à une vitesse folle. Ça faisait quasi trois ans que je parlais de repasser qq jours à Sydney et en fait « hop c’est fini… ». Pffff déconcertant ou ça défile… La dernière semaine j’étais chez Raul, mon pote vénézuélien, et Anne-Laure, sa femme française. Ca a permis de se voir, de passer du temps ensemble. Bref, très sympa. J’ai pu enfin voir la belle Amalia entre deux bouquets qu’elle confectionne. Soirée avec Amèl’ aussi. Un dernier brunch avec Ben’ et Amèl’ à Googee Beach… Bref, l’ozie life...

Avec Terry nous sommes allés voir les ‘Tahs (les waratahs...) contre Western Force en rugby… Faible. Le match était très moyen mais bon le rugby fait partie de Sydney. Une bonne bière et c'est rugby... Le dernier dimanche ce fut drive avec Mark, Sanna et Terry dans les Blue Mountains ou on est allé voir the Glow worm tunnel. Un tunnel de 400 mètres de long. Completly dark avec des vers luminescents. Etonnant et très sympa. J’ai adoré car il fallut faire 30 bornes de pistes en 4*4 dans le bush… La vraie Australie, celle du bush, de la nature.

Un mois de passé à Sydney… Très-très bon… Quand je pense qu’il y a des personnes que j’ai juste croisé en vitesse et d’autres que je n’ai eu le temps de voir… Pourtant j’ai pas arrêté… Prochain trip en décembre pour the wedding…

Hi guys

An article about my last days in Sydney… Already… Bugger!!!… Saperlipopette… Time went too fast and it has really been nearly two weeks since I left there to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. I slept close to Queens Park, very nice area where I could go running in the Centennial and Queens Park. I could see my French friends Raul, who actually is venezualian, Anne-Laure his wife, Ben’, Amél’ and even Amalia, the always busy Amalia. As usual, I spent a lot of time with Mark and Sanna, Terry, Oskar. Thanks to them we went close to Cronulla for a walk, just to spend time together and the last Sunday we drove up to the Blue Mountains to see the Glow worm tunnel… 400 meters long with shining worms… That’s funny.

I enjoyed so much Sydney during this month. It was great time to see my friends, the city (keep saying it is the best city in the world to live…).

Now get back there in December for Mark and Sanna’s wedding… And I have to admit that after this trip I consider more and more to be back to Sydney for good… But will see what will happen in the next months…

Vue de Queens Park... I think I could live close to this park, so I would be able to train often on a soft grass... Better than the Parc Monceau in Paris... Baaaahhhhhh...
